Virtual tours are an incredible tool for modern presentations, but let’s be honest—they’re not without their drawbacks. The biggest limitation is that the content captured during the shoot cannot be changed afterward. A virtual tour is a snapshot of your space on the day it was photographed. However, don’t worry—we’ve developed a solution that makes up for this limitation effectively.
With the technologies we integrate into our tours, you can easily link any part of the tour to your live website. Links, hotspots, or hypertext references allow viewers to access up-to-date information directly from within the tour. We frequently use this feature for interactive maps like Google Maps or Mapy.cz, but we’ve also tailored it for specific client projects. Here are three examples showcasing how this function has been applied.
Three Stories, Three Unique Solutions
Hostinec U Králů in Mirotice
This charming inn is steeped in history and tradition. Our virtual tour beautifully captures its authentic atmosphere, immersing visitors the moment they enter. The tour includes short video clips featuring the owner and head chef, Michael Král, introducing the menu. However, the menu is constantly evolving, with seasonal dishes and new offerings being added regularly. To ensure that viewers always have access to the latest menu, we incorporated a link within the tour that leads directly to the inn’s website, where the most up-to-date menu is displayed.

Opero – A Coworking Hub in Prague
Opero combines historical architecture with modern technology in an elegant coworking space. The virtual tour provides a detailed look at each meeting room, but what happens if Opero updates its services, facilities, or pricing? To address this, we added “info” icons in every room that redirect viewers to relevant web pages. There, they can find current details on pricing and available services, ensuring that the information remains fresh and accurate.

Volvo – Showroom and Service Center
The Volvo showroom and service center exemplify sophistication, premium materials, and a harmonious blend of nature and technology. One of the standout features of the tour is the glass partition between the customer lounge and the service area, emphasizing transparency and allowing clients to observe the work being done on their vehicles. We took it a step further by adding an interactive wrench icon to the service area in the tour. Clicking this icon brings up an online service booking form for maximum convenience.

Seamlessly Connecting Reality and Digital
By integrating virtual tours with live web pages, we ensure that viewers can access up-to-date data and information directly within the immersive tour environment. While the fixed nature of a virtual tour may seem like a limitation, the ability to connect it with live online content reliably offsets this drawback.
We’re confident that this feature can enhance your virtual tour as well. Combining a visually stunning experience with real-time information is a step toward modern, effective presentations that keep you connected anytime.
